A self-directed learning exercise, completed as part of Figma UI UX Design Essentials (Udemy).

Project Brief
Design an intuitive and engaging ecommerce website for a coffee machine company, tailored to an older, affluent user demographic. The primary user, John—a 70-something business owner with a doctoral degree—values quality, supports small businesses, and has moderate digital familiarity. The challenge was to create a user experience that balances ease of use with a refined brand presence, guiding users like John seamlessly from product discovery to purchase.

Image generation
The design of the featured product, Bruna Magic 8, was inspired by a 1970's Norelco drip machine. This choice was partly a personal aesthetic, and also a nod to our mature target demographic, who hopefully appreciates the simplicity and nostalgic design.
This product image was achieved through Midjourney and Photoshop.
